Meet Kelsey

Kelsey Engelhardt is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (NTP), certified personal trainer (CF-1), and Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelors degree in Health and Fitness Science. Kelsey is the creator of Strong & Empowered Nutrition and is committed to helping women achieve optimal wellness in every season of life.

We provide daily biofeedback data to monitor progress, nutritional intake, movement, and strength training while addressing other aspects of health and mindset in your weekly check-ins to aid in your growth and provide in-depth support.
