I’m a military spouse, dog mom, and bonus mom to two little girls! While I’m not working with clients I love being outdoors or spending mornings in the sun sipping coffee after breakfast. Truth be told, I never thought I would own my own successful coaching practice, but here I am a testament to the calling God put on my life. I’m so glad you’re here!

my story
With over 10+ years of coaching in-person and online, Kelsey took her plethora of experience and passion for nutrition, strength training, and overall wellness to create Strong and Empowered Nutrition. After watching her father undergo various cardiac events that almost took his life at a young age she recognized the profound impact of how adequate nourishment, strength training, stress management, and movement play a pivotal role in optimal health.

I know what it’s like to be a dedicated gym-goer, “clean eater” just to struggle on the weekends due to restrictive tendencies that led to starting over on Monday. Not only did I struggle with that vicious cycle, I found myself constipated and bloated after meals, dealing with constant breakouts that never seemed to go away, and relying on caffeine to get through the day due to no energy which led to being very uncomfortable in my skin in my early 20s.
I knew what I was experiencing on a daily basis wasn’t normal so I went on a relentless pursuit to change the narrative of my own health and the health of future generations. Feeling failed by the medical system, I have invested thousands of dollars and hours into my own healing and am honored to show other women how to change the trajectory of their own lives through nourishment, strength training, and sustainable habits to thrive in every season of life.
